ELECTRIC VEHICLE TECHNOLOGIES
STATIC WPT
Both, the static and dynamic EV wireless charging solutions, use an architecture that drastically increases its charging efficiency. Additionally, this architecture requires simpler, cheaper and more durable components. Using Static Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) to charge EVs through induction addresses two of the major drawbacks of the current “plug-in” systems.
DYNAMIC WPT
Like Stat-EI’s static WPT, the proposed dynamic technology is based on inductive power transfer (IPT).
Dynamic technology enables the charging of EVs while in motion. The future application of this technology on public roads will eliminate the largest barrier to the adoption of EVs, the fear of running out of energy during long trips, also known as “range anxiety.”

FORECASTING ENERGY TOOLS
One of the biggest problems with renewable source plants is predicting how much energy will be generated in five minutes, tomorrow, next week, and so on. STAT-EI’s patented solutions are some of the most secure and accurate predictive analytics tools developed to forecast renewable energy generation.
POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Stat-EI’s Smart Microgrid technology combines different power sources, including renewable ones, to improve the power system’s resiliency. It can connect and disconnect from the grid through a grid-forming inverter, which can perform Black start to restart the grid independently when it is down.
VIRTUAL POWER PLANTS
The software component comprises predictive and prescriptive computation models to address and mitigate the concerns facing the grid’s high-penetration renewable energy systems (RES) scenarios. Through the HOPES controller, microgrids from different locations connected by transmission lines to the utility grid can communicate, forming a virtual power plant that distributes power to where it is needed.
